No. You do not need to be home to have your bins cleaned. We clean your bins the day following your collection day. As long as your bin is outside and accessible we’ll clean it on your scheduled date.

Cleaning your bins is dirty work! Cleaning with a hose uses 8X more water then our system. In addition, cold water is not effective at getting rid of odours and bacteria and the dirty water is not eco-friendly.

As long as your new residence is in our service area, your plan will follow you. If your new residence is outside our service area, we will prorate your refund.
Just call or email us in advance and we will schedule an alternate date for cleaning. If you forget, no problem, call us when you return!
Following your service we will seal the lid with a sticker so you know we’ve come. Not only that, we will wheel your bin back up your driveway.

No problem. You can cancel at any time by email or phone however, any cancellation will incur a minimum payment of 3 months of service.
The city collection routes and times vary therefore making it difficult to execute a timely cleaning schedule. To make sure we can service an empty bin we’ll come the day after your collection. Just make sure you leave your bin outside for us whether near the garage or on the side of your house. We will also send you a reminder that we are coming.
